I have DOUBLED CHECKED MY ADDRESS and made sure I’ve entered the correct SHIPPING ADDRESS in the shipping field and hereby consent that Organic Shroom Canada is not liable to replace my package if I failed to provide the correct address. Organic Shroom Canada is not liable to replace LOST OR STOLEN package if the tracking information states that the package has been successfully delivered. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to contact Canada Post to resolve the issue or dispute. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including and not limited to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
All unpaid orders may be cancelled by Organic Shroom Canada after 7 days unless specific instructions to keep the order has been relayed to the team. If there are discount associated to the orders, they will be lost.
