Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Violation Report – Organic Shroom Canada

Dear Organic Shroom Canada Community,

We at Organic Shroom Canada respect the intellectual property rights of others and we expect our users to do the same. As a part of our commitment to complying with copyright laws, we adhere strictly to the procedures outlined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that any material on our website infringes upon any copyright that you own or control, you may file a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement with Organic Shroom Canada’s designated copyright agent:

Ron at [email protected]

Please include the following in your notice:

      1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
      2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Organic Shroom Canada to locate the material.
      3. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
      4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
      5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
      6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of such notification, Organic Shroom Canada will take whatever action we deem appropriate, including removal of the alleged infringing material.

If you are unsure whether the material infringes your copyright, we suggest that you first contact an attorney. Organic Shroom Canada will not be able to provide you with legal advice.

If a user disagrees with a notice of alleged infringement and believes that their content was removed or disabled by mistake or mis-identification, they may file a counter-notice with Organic Shroom Canada’s designated agent. We will provide a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party and, in case of non-legal objections, may reinstate the removed content or cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days.

We appreciate your support in helping us maintain respect for intellectual property rights.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    Organic Shroom Canada
